Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Lexington - Andover

I bought 4 haircuts at a silent auction last October. They were lost in the mail for a few weeks so I didn’t receive them until 11/15/17. The store at Chinoe in Lexington would not honor a single one of the four in January. I will never step foot in a sport clips again.

My son and I came in to get his hair cut. Before he sat down, I asked the young lady if she could cut 'black hair'. She said yes. Sarin was very nice, but in my opinion she didn't know what she was doing. We just wanted his hair trimmed and edge him up. We were not happy with how his hair looked. She should have been honest and said she's never cut a black man's hair or isn't experienced enough to do it. What's worse is the products that she used wasn't even products that people of color use. I pulled a pick out of my purse for her to use. She took it and said they don't give them things like that to use. We won't be coming back. It was money wasted. We'll probably have to go and pay someone else to fix what she did. I also had to ask her to tske scissors and clip it down to look even and clean. She asked if it was better and explained what she did. I told her no. No discount was offered. When she was finished, it didn't even look like he'd gotten a haircut. It looked like it did when we came in. Sportsclips....you're missing out on lots of customers within the black community, because you're not equipped to cut our hair properly.

I love the staff and have been coming to this location for years. Living on this side of town, this is the best place to get a haircut without spending a fortune. Tiffany and Megon are my go to stylist and both do a fantastic job.
